Windham Woods School
In just four months, Pugliese Contracting completed a 10,000 square foot addition at the Windham Woods School in Windham, NH. Windham Woods School is a non-profit private school for children with mild to moderate learning challenges in grades 1-10, and Pugliese Contracting was proud to take on this project to help support the school’s mission and students. Our team made significant donations of time and resources, and fundraising from 103 donors covered 100% of the cost.
Here at Pugliese Contracting, custom conceptual design is what we do best. On this project, we were able to create and execute a design that would serve as a functional yet different learning environment to support the unique needs of the school’s students. POLARTEC
The Polartec headquarters is a 30,000-square-foot facility located at 300 Brickstone Square in Andover, Massachusetts. Polartec invents and manufactures high-performance fabrics and textiles. Pugliese Contracting constructed their entire workspace, working closely with the client to ensure that the new facility would meet their exact needs and expectations.
This complete design and build project is an example of what Pugliese Contracting does best, provide a comprehensive process that delivers a final result in a timely fashion with unmatched quality. Pugliese Contracting has a team of highly skilled tradesmen on staff which helps to optimize the timeline of projects like the Polartec facility, allowing for smoother workflow and fewer headaches to produce an expertly designed and constructed facility space.
10 CABOT RD, MEDFORD
Pugliese Contracting worked with the property owners of 10 Cabot Road in Medford, MA to upgrade the tenant experience at the property. The goal was to upgrade common areas of the property to become more functional and inviting while providing a great return on value for the owner.
Pugliese Contracting updated the common areas and lobby of the property using their unique design-build process. Providing professional design, comprehensive general contracting, and a full team of in-house tradesmen gives clients the ease of dealing with a one-stop-shop provider that can keep costs on budget and production on schedule.
ELIZA CORP.
Pugliese Contracting led the construction of the new Eliza Corp. headquarters in Danvers, MA. Pugliese Contracting served as the boots on the ground, executing the architectural and conceptual design of a productive and healthy working environment in just a few short months.
Pugliese Contracting worked quickly and efficiently, managing the mechanical subcontracting team and ensuring the conceptual design and functionality of the facility would meet the client’s unique needs. This included designing a state-of-the-art IT/computer server room equipped to accommodate a complex cable management system and environmental needs to protect valuable equipment. Pugliese Contracting played a significant role in the completion of this project under an expedited schedule.

ANTHEM BCBS
Pugliese Contracting was selected as the General Contractor for the completion of a brand new, 45,000 square foot corporate office for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Our CEO, Tom Murray, led the construction team that brought the designer’s vision of a clean, welcoming, and energizing workspace to life in just a short four-month period.
Pugliese Contracting was more than up to the challenge of the aggressive production schedule, assembling a team of qualified mechanical subcontracts and utilizing our own team of skilled tradesmen to execute the project seamlessly. NORTHLAND FARMS BUSINESS CENTER
Pugliese Contracting was proud to complete the three-story, 30,000 square foot class A building for Murray Properties in Windham, NH. Our team combined our expertise with sustainable and socially conscious building practices to deliver a nearly net-zero carbon facility that provides a comfortable and sustainable living environment for tenants without harming the planet.
Inside and out, from top to bottom, every element of this project was completed with sustainability in mind. Standouts include the planned 91kW ground array solar system, installed by Revision Energy, and a 60-ton geothermal heating and cooling system. The ground solar array system was placed strategically on a hill area, facing true solar south to maximize capacity. The geothermal system installed offers heating and cooling for tenants at a fraction of the costs per million BTU compared to electric and fossil fuels. The building’s interior was designed to use as much natural light as possible and was outfitted with sustainable products like low VOC paint, recycled tiles, and more.

BIEN SOIGNE
Bien Soigne is one of the most unique projects in our portfolio. Pugliese Contracting custom-built and installed 18 tons of Himalayan pink salt into this one-of-a-kind salt cave. The particular purpose and materials for this project showcase the true skill of the Pugliese Contracting team. Our designers worked to create a space that was relaxing and comfortable while still functional and safe. Then, our team of expert craftsmen applied their expertise to work with 18 tons of unique material, Himalayan pink salt, on top of their specialties in general contracting, carpentry, walls, floors, and more.
IHS MARKIT
IHS Markit is a world leader in critical information, analytics, expertise that forges solutions for the major industries, and markets that drive economies worldwide. Pugliese Contracting was tasked with delivering and maintaining a tight schedule to turn around a 30,000-RSF tenant space in only three months—located at 300 Brickstone Square Suite 403, Andover, MA.
Pugliese Contracting provided construction management for this project, handling complete planning and coordination. Our team worked alongside other leaders on the project and oversaw daily operations including site safety, budgets, timeline, and more.
MARKFORGED
Pugliese Contracting served as the general contractor and project manager for the brand new 25,000 square foot Markforged manufacturing facility in Billerica, MA. Pugliese Contracting previously completed the company’s 32,000 square foot headquarters in Watertown, MA, so when it came time to expand, Markforged knew exactly who to call.
