Thomas J. Murray, Jr.
At the age of 13, Tom started work as a laborer with a family-owned construction company. Quickly mastering the skills of a multi-faceted tradesman, Tom became a project foreman, supervising work at the age of 18. After earning his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 1995, Tom went on to work on the Central Artery and other heavy civil and highway transportation projects. From there he continued to work on municipal projects and built numerous water, wastewater, and cogeneration plants. Returning to the building industry in 1999, he brings with him nearly 30 years of construction experience.
His everyday duties consist of managing client relationships, scheduling, planning, purchasing, and estimating. He holds a Massachusetts construction supervisor’s license and has served as a chairman on a land use regulation board in his local municipality.
